Of course you can easily buy real estate in Turkey. The procedure is similar to our procedure in Germany. The land is registered in the Land Register in your name. This is possible due to the relevant intergovernmental agreements. That is why, for example, Turkish citizens can also buy sites in Germany. For many years we stayed in towns of Guezelcamli, Kussadasi, Ephesus, and we sold villas in Guezelcamli. I still remember the extraordinary hospitality of the town dwellers.

The continuous economic growth in Turkey over recent decades is worth attention. Rather cheap land in the meantime resulted in great fortunes.

You can trace it with example of the development of the city of Antalya. This town of 75,000 inhabitants in 1970 has approached the population of one million. So the conclusion may be that a big attention is paid to purchase of real estate in the region.
